Do you love a DIY project? Build three different kinds of wiggling, wobbling, racing bristlebots for a fun introduction to robotics! This stem activity kit is also excellent for science experiments and and a fun way to get your student excited about their science fair projects.
Please Note: Cups, brushes, markers, googly eyes, and other household items are not included in this kit. Use fun design ideas pictured above to inspire your own creations!
This frugal fun kit offers tutorials on how to build:
- Bristlebots: tiny, wiggling robots built using toothbrush heads
- Art Bots: wobbly robots that draw as they move
- Brushbots: supersized Bristlebots built from scrub brushes
The Bristlebot kit provides an exciting and creative hands-on kids activity that allows students to learn and enjoy racing bristlebots. It's the perfect introduction to the world of robotics and electronics! You will build simple electrical circuits that bring your robots to life, using vibrational motion to propel them. With three different robots to build, you can explore a wide range of movements and simple robot behaviors, from shuffling about randomly to scribbling with a marker.
This project kit includes enough electronics components to build a total of four of your own robots, two Brushbots or Art Bots (or one of each) and two Bristlebots. All electronic components come ready to be assembled, no soldering or wire stripping needed, making this kit ideal for beginners. Your students will be racing bristlebots in no time!
