No. The amount earned on returned item(s) will be deleted from your account upon return of the item(s). 

Unfortunately, we don't reissue Rewards credit once it has been redeemed, even if you cancel your order or return items. 

Credit appears in your account once your order ships. Your HST Rewards are redeemable as soon as they show up in your account. 

We’ll send you an email on your birthday letting you know that your gift reward has been added to your account! It will be available for use immediately and works just like regular rewards. 

Save your birthday to your account by following these steps:  

1. Log in and navigate to “HST Rewards” 
2. Scroll down to the “Ways to Earn Rewards” section
3. Click on the “Birthday Reward” tile
4.  Add your birth date to the popup

Note: if we already have your birthday information, you will not be able to change it.
Instead, you’ll see a message letting you know how much you’ll earn on your birthday.
