Lab Kit for use with Abeka Science Grade 4

Abeka® homeschool is a Christian-based, traditional curriculum that is based on a character-building philosophy to inspire an academically solid understanding of the sciences from ages elementary through high school. In Grade 4 science curriculum, Understanding God's World, students learn to apply scientific principles, such as the scientific method and God's laws in nature, and observe the living parts and nonliving parts of the world around them. Students study the science foundations: scientific process, matter and energy, and force and motion. In life science, students learn how plants grow and reproduce, and the differences in animal design and their corresponding ecosystem. In Earth and space science, students explore Earth and its foundations, weather, and the the great expanse of the outer space.

• Gain a deeper reverence for God while developing a biblical worldview.

• The products in this kit are intended for parent/teacher use to complete curriculum lab activities with students. 
• Some items are not designed for or intended primarily for children ages 12 and under.
• Some products may differ from the web image (such as clay, food coloring, etc.)
• Some items readily available at grocery stores or not offered by Home Science Tools are not included.
• We suggest that you keep materials after each activity as some are intended to be re-used throughout the year (that includes cups, string, clay, etc).
• A substitute material may be suggested for some activities.
