Deluxe Lab Hot Plate with Magnetic Stirrer

This economical laboratory hot plate includes an integrated magnetic stirrer. Safer than an alcohol lamp or burner (since there's no open flame), this hot plate stirrer mixes and heats at once. The magnetic stirrer spins at up to 1500 rpm, mixing liquids easily.

What makes this magnetic stirring hot plate deluxe? The dual controls allow you to set surface temperature and stirring speed independently. The hot plate surface temperature is adjustable up to 250°C and reaches the maximum temperature quickly. Maximum heat output is 180 watts. The magnetic stirrer is adjustable from 0 to 1500 rpm. As an added value, a magnetic stirring bar and a support stand with adjustable thermometer holder are included. 

The hot plate has an aluminum surface. The hot plate's surface is 5" x 5" – large enough for most beakers and flasks. The support stand extends about 10" above the hot plate surface.
