Unfortunately, we don't reissue Rewards credit once it has been redeemed, even if you cancel your order or return items.

We’ll send you an email on your birthday letting you know that your gift reward has been added to your account! It will be available for use immediately and works just like regular rewards.
Save your birthday to your account by following these steps:
- Log in and navigate to “HST Rewards”
- Select the “Ways to Earn Rewards” section
- Click on the “Birthday Bonus” tile
- Add your birth date to the popup.
Note: if we already have your birthday information, you will not be able to change it. Instead, you’ll see a message letting you know how much you’ll earn on your birthday.
